GIFTAFRAME was an idea born in 2012 with Karen & Brian opening their first retail kiosk in Glasgow. Since then it’s grown into multiple locations. With the progression of wireless technology it allowed the company to introduce the concept of personalised frames ready to collect within the hour. With the creation of a multifunctional website this will now allow products to be fully personalised by the customer and delivered digitally or sent out next day delivery. What types of personalised frames do you offer?
We offer a wide range of custom frames, including photo frames, football frames, baby announcement frames, wedding frames, graduation frames, and more. Each design can be tailored with names, dates, quotes, or images. With some frames offering full customisation, with choice of hairstyle’s, skin tones and outfits etc.
How do I personalise a frame?
When selecting a product, simply enter your customisation details (e.g., names, dates, messages) in the personalisation box on the product page. You’ll see a preview or get a confirmation before finalising the order.
Can I upload my own photo or design?
Yes! Many of our frames allow you to upload your own images. Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, and PDF. Make sure the image is high resolution for best print quality.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Personalised frames are typically made on the same days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order by choosing the store wou wish to collect from the drop down menu during checkout.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
In most cases we won’t be able to change your order although if you contact us straight away, we’ll do our best to help. After that, we may have already started production, and changes might not be possible.
What if there’s a mistake with my personalised frame?
We take great care to ensure your product is perfect. If there’s an error on our part, we’ll remake and resend your frame at no cost. If the mistake was in the details provided during ordering, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We provide bulk discounts for large orders and custom branding for corporate gifts. Contact us for a quote.
What materials are your frames made from?
Our frames are crafted from high-quality acrylic, which makes them easy to clean. All frames include a clear glass front for protection.
